Globalk Farma is a commercial agency and distributor with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic sectors. We officially and exclusively represent our partners in Spain and Portugal.
Our journey began with the commercialization of active ingredients from Euroapi (formerly the Active Ingredients division of Sanofi), which remains the cornerstone of our business and has established our reputation in the industry.
As we’ve evolved, we’ve expanded our network to include new partners who manufacture active ingredients, excipients, and pharmaceutical packaging.
Our shared objective is to provide laboratories with raw materials and primary packaging that meet the highest quality standards. We currently offer nearly 300 products in the APIS and Excipients division and over 500 solutions in the Primary Packaging division. Our carefully curated portfolio ensures that all products and partners complement one another, avoiding overlap and competition.

Quality and Supply Chain Management
Quality is a cornerstone of our company, particularly given the highly regulated nature of the pharmaceutical sector. Following the March 19, 2015, guidelines on good distribution practices for active substances used in human medicinal products, both the manufacturing and distribution of raw materials are tightly regulated. At Globalk Farma, we have implemented a robust quality system to ensure full compliance with these regulations, with a strong focus on the Supply Chain process.
SUPPLY CHAIN
- We ensure complete traceability from the original supplier to our customers. Our network includes manufacturers who adhere to GMP regulations (for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and IPEC GMP (for Excipients).
- Transportation is managed by specialized companies that adhere to GDP conditions, ensuring the maintenance of raw material storage conditions throughout the journey (Transport between 2-8°C or 10-25°C).
- Control of transportation through the use of blind shipments throughout the year. Validation of transportation routes.
- As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we undergo regular audits conducted by our represented companies.
CERTIFICATIONS
Globalk Farma is certified in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for Active Substances, in accordance with the March 19, 2015, guidelines for medicinal products for human use. This certification is issued by the General Directorate of Inspection and Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid and encompasses the following GDP activities:
- Raw Materials Warehouse: Our warehouse is qualified to maintain products at controlled temperatures, specifically below 25°C and between 2°C and 8°C.
- Transportation: We ensure the transportation of raw materials under stringent GDP conditions.
- Quality Systems Management: This includes handling incidents and complaints, internal training, validation of our computer system, stock control, and management of returns.
